1. Sales tax shall be leviable as per prevailing SRO issued by CBR. 
2. Teleprinter circuits (50 Band/120 Hz) 
3. Annual rental for Teleprinter circuits may be charged at Rs.300/- K.M per annum.
4. The circuit length may be taken as per road mileage between the points connected by the circuits i.e. from end to end including (Local lead). 
5. Charges will be pay able on monthly basis in advance. The bills will be payable within 7 days from the date of issue. In case of default, 5% surcharge will be levied. Non payment beyond 14 days shall warrant disconnection of the service. Default beyond 30 days shall warrant disconnection of all services provided by the PTCL. 
6. For long distance telephone connections, tariff of Analogue channel will be applicable. 
7. This does not include DXX Charges.
8. Tariff for circuits leased to Defence Service will remain unchanged. 
9. The services mentioned above can be offered on monthly basis with a rate adjustment factor of 1.25. 
10. The short-term requirements ranging form few hours to few days shall be charged on daily basis with a rate adjustment factor of 1.5 and shall be subject to availability of the facility.
